2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days through the original payment method.

Full Refund Conditions:

• If the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect, we take full responsibility and will cover all return costs.
• If the return is due to customer preference or misuse, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
